Pricing
At Stjernefabrikken, we make reservations for any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.
Payment options
Stjernefabrikken accepts payment with MobilePay, Visa or Mastercard. The item will not be dispatched until payment has been completed and registered. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.
The money will only be deducted once the item has been dispatched.
Pricing

Delivery
Stjernefabrikken ships to all of Denmark. The shipping price is DKK 50. Items will be delivered to a parcel shop closest to the delivery address specified when ordering. We do not deliver abroad and not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Your goods are sent with DAO or GLS. We expect to deliver your item within 4-5 days. We reserve the right to longer delivery times during peak periods.
Right of complaint
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/fault. Stjernefabrikken will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Reimbursement
In the case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can safely be provided by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfilment of the refund.
Right of cancellation
There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is counted from that day;
- Where you receive the order.
- Receives the last item in physical possession in the case of a multiple item deal, ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several instalments.
- Receives the last batch or last part in physical possession in the case of an agreement for delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
- The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a certain period of time.
Return costs are at your own expense.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment within 14 days of the cancellation. The notification must be given by email at mail@stjernefabrikken.dk. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. If you wish to return the item to us, you must send the item to:

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving clear notice.
Returns
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of cancellation. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that it is properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive a full refund, you must try out the product without actually using it.
Reimbursement
If you regret your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you have paid to us.
In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of return before then.
